What to reach out about
We welcome all kinds of messages. Send us bug reports when something breaks, share feedback when you have an idea to make InstaStory better, or tell us about a story not loading so we can look into it.
We also handle takedown and privacy requests if you need content or data addressed, and we are happy to talk about partnerships or answer press inquiries. Whatever the reason, one email address covers all of it.
Response time
We are a small team, so please allow a little time for a reply. Most messages receive a response within a couple of business days.
Urgent privacy and takedown requests are treated as a priority, and we do our best to act on them as quickly as possible.
